The new olim are welcomed to the city and community in a welcoming event at the local community center.
The Ariel community got together yesterday evening to welcome the new families and singles who made aliyah to the city of Ariel during the month of July. The evening began with some food and drinks, which gave every one enough time to get to meet the new faces in town. We then heard a few words from Reuven Franks the aliyah coordinator followed by Dvar Torah from our community rabbi Rav Hillel.

The group received a lecture about family finance in Israel from Zvia goldfrab of Paamonim organization, while the children were entertained in a near by playing area by the Bnot Sheirut (Army volunteer girls).

To sum it up it was a nice chance for everyone to meet and mingle.
