On March 19th, 2006, Mayor & Mrs. Ron Nachman and AFA Executive Director, Dina Shalit were guests of Pastor John and Diana Hagee at Cornerstone Church in San Antonio Texas.
When he introduced the Mayor to his congregation, Pastor Hagee spoke of Ariel: "To say that these are people of vision is an understatement. When you see pictures of Ariel from the beginning, there was just a pile of rocks. Now it is a beautiful city of 18,000 people ? much like Cornerstone Church."
Pastor Hagee and Mayor Nachman have much more in common than these numbers, particularly as regards the threat of Islam and a deep and abiding love of Israel. |
