Mayor Ron Nachman, Dina Shalit and the people of Ariel want to express heartfelt gratitude to so many of our good friends around the world who have chosen to remember their special connection to Ariel by helping the city's less fortunate residents. Thanks to your generosity, the Ariel Development Fund has been able to help the City of Ariel provide 1300 Passover food packages and fund a community Seder. |

35 students, residents of Ariel were awarded scholarships by the Ariel Development Fund. At this year's ceremony, graced by performances of "For Zion's Sake" and concert violinist, Ronny Seiler, two special scholarships were also presented. The "Brenda Wygant Memorial Scholarships", donated by Faith Bible Chapel of Arvada, Colorado, were awarded to two students of Russian immigrant families, Ronny Seiler and Rosalya Koyfman, both of whom wrote essays of their personal view of Zionism. |

The first half of April has brought many good friends to visit Ariel. We had the pleasure of spending a day with long time friends, Pastor David and Rachel Oaks of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. In addition to meeting with Mayor Ron Nachman, Rachel and David visited the main station of Samaria 's Rescue and Intervention Team and discussed ways to help keep the team strong and safe.
